Adam Christensen’s practice navigates the intersections of personal narrative, affect, and performance, intertwining themes of love, loss, and desire with popular- and queer culture. For Liste 2025, he presents a tableau of handsewn textiles and video constructing a liminal space evocative of both the front- and backstage. Through fragmented soundscapes and performative storytelling, Christensen’s work unfolds as an ongoing exploration of memory, intimacy, and embodiment.
