Anca Poterasu Gallery is pleased to announce Aurora Király's solo exhibition at LISTE, showcasing two of her notable series. The first, Woman at Work, developed during her 2024 residency at Kunsthalle Mulhouse, explores the pivotal role of women in the textile industry of Mulhouse and Alsace, emphasizing their labor in spinning and printing mills. The second series, Viewfinder, which is part of the MoMA collection, revisits early analog photographs from Király's career, where fragments of a past reality are re-framed into a new, abstract fiction. This series explores themes of selfhood and the evolution of photography.
