Since 2022, Liste has had a new owner.

The non-profit Stiftung Liste Basel is now the owner of the Liste Art Fair Basel. Thanks to the financial commitment of three private Basel families, E. Gutzwiller & Cie Banquiers, Basel, and other foundations, Liste Art Fair Basel was purchased by the foundation in 2022. Stiftung Liste Basel aims to promote a new generation of galleries and their artists and to support them as they enter the international art market. This is achieved by keeping stand costs as low as possible to allow even galleries with limited financial resources to participate in the fair and showcase their artists in Basel.

The foundation's board consists of Dr. Urs Gloor (President), Peter Bläuer (Vice President), Gabriel Eckenstein, Hedy Graber, Alex Grossenbacher-Grisard, Claudia Müller, Nathalie Unternährer and Patricia Wallentin.
